Your Nana called them "mental health days." She used those days to re-group and enjoy the blessings in her life. I remember loving those days because she would be at home and not at the office. Take the time to enjoy all you have and you will realize just how much more you will be able to accomplish. Remember Nana prescribed to the principle of "keep your heart in the present while your brain is planning for the future." I am so proud of you and all you have already accomplished.
